Design Stage
The Design stage begins by assessing your needs for your new home. The MK Development team will meet with you to discuss your budget, timeline, and aesthetic preferences. Based on these discussions, we'll create floor plans, elevations, and a descriptive narrative detailing the materials for construction. Once the basic concept is ready, we’ll prepare a construction budget and provide you with a final price for building your home.

Build Stage
During this phase, we refine the plans into detailed blueprints, which MK submits to obtain the necessary permits. Before construction begins, we’ll schedule a pre-construction meeting with your Project Manager and Superintendent. The Project Manager oversees the project, ensuring it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets all technical requirements. The Superintendent manages on-site activities, including inspections and subcontractors.
Throughout construction, we'll provide milestone updates and detailed budget reviews to keep you well-informed. Once construction is complete, the Project Manager will walk you through the final product to ensure your satisfaction. We hand over the keys once everything meets your expectations, and you are happy with your new home.
